Fall Series - Race 2026-10-03

Our course today was two laps from Willingdon Beach to the mill mark and back.

The first half hour our was completely windless as we struggled to keep steerage but then as so often happens the wind filled in and away we went. Una led the way with Balderdash and Bring Ice close behind. The breezes weren’t evenly distributed. There were large holes where they didn’t even appear. Even when found it they might switch 180 degrees in seconds which we found especially challenging on the final downwind spinnaker run.
